A word from Luke Sedzikowksi, driver and Tegiwa Imports director:
“After competing in Time Attack for the past 2 years I’ve decided to create a Tegiwa Racing team so that we have a driver in as many disciplines and series as possible representing the Tegiwa brand. We’ve selected a broad mixture of cars to join the team and I’m super excited to be working with this fantastic team of drivers!”
Excited to see what vehicles our team is comprised of? Let’s take a closer look at the cars you’ll be seeing representing the Tegiwa brand this season.
Luke Sedzikowski – Tsuki Honda NSX
After taking victory in the Club 2WD class in 2020 and Pro 2WD last year, Luke returns to Time Attack for his third consecutive season. For those that were following last season, you’ll know how much of a bumpy road it was, but you can expect big things from Luke and Tsuki this year! Check out the full feature on Tsuki, here.
Mike Birch – Honda Civic EK
It probably comes as no surprise that we’re backing Mike for his second season in Time
Attack, after all, he is our resident web developer! A successful inaugural season in Time Attack last year saw Mike finish runner up in the Pocket Rocket class. Make sure you’re following our socials and blog to follow Mike’s progress in 2022!

Ilya Kryov – Renault Clio 172
No stranger to the Time Attack scene, Ilya’s turbocharged Clio 172 has an extensive spec list, is cladded in a tonne of homemade carbon panels and produces a mind boggling 450bhp per tonne! Ilya also has a successful YouTube channel as well, so make sure you drop him a follow on his socials below.

David Lawrence – Seat Leon Cupra
After a solid season last year, we’re joining forces with David again for 2022 in his 470bhp Cupra! Looking to build on the progress of last year David will now be looking to get his hands on plenty of silverware throughout this year and we can’t wait to help him do that!

Aaron Adams – BMW M4
Boasting over 540bhp and 595 ft.lbs Aaron is certainly going to be one to watch this season in Time Attack’s Club 2WD class! His BMW M4 is sporting a host of Tegiwa supplied parts including 2Forge ZF6 alloys and YSR 2-way Pro Plus Racing coilovers.

Michael Hume – K20 Renault Clio 182
Some of you may recognise Michael’s Clio from Time Attack last year as he participated in various single round entries. Now with a hunger to take on the best, Michael has removed the standard F4R and replaced it with a sorted K20. We can’t wait to help him out with this build and look forward to seeing him in a full season Time Attack entry this year!

Ian ‘Bizz’ Phillips – Nissan 350Z (LS Swap)
Representing Tegiwa, Alloy Wheel Shop and Coilovers.co.uk in the MSUK Drift Pro Championship this year is Ian ‘Bizz’ Phillips! Competing in his supercharged, fully forged LS3 swapped Nissan 350Z which produces a whopping 700 horsepower we can’t wait to see Bizz grab a slice of the sideways action in 2022. Make sure you stay tuned to our blog and socials as we’ll be unveiling his brand new look for the season very soon!

Adam Shepherd – TCR Hyundai i30N
Heading into TCR UK for 2022 on the back of winning the Type R Trophy Championship last year is Adam Shepherd. It’s fair to say that Adam stormed the season last year taking 10x 1st places, 2x 2nd places and taking every lap record along the way to secure the championship. We’re hoping Adam can carry on his incredible run of form and represent Tegiwa on the TCR UK stage in 2022!
Chris Nylan – Honda Civic EP3
No stranger to working with Tegiwa, Chris, the owner of CN Signs is often at Tegiwa HQ wrapping one of our race cars. He’s previously piloted our NSX to victory in 2020 in the Club Enduro Championship, back when it was built for endurance racing, and now Chris will be doing a full season in the Type R Trophy! Taking the hot seat in one of the Motion Motorsport EP3’s this year, you definitely won’t miss this EP3 with Motion’s striking gold livery either. Chris’s season gets underway this Saturday as the first round of the Type R Trophy kicks off at Croft.
We’ll be bringing you updates throughout the season on how our drivers are getting on, as well as plenty of content and features! Make sure you like and follow our socials as well as subscribing to our YouTube channel so you can watch our highlights and feature videos.
